New · RTK-Corrected Mapping

Survey-grade RTK mapping, centimeter accuracy

We now fly RTK-corrected mapping missions with the DJI Matrice 4T on a live network correction, so every orthomosaic, elevation model, and site map is locked to real-world coordinates at centimeter-level accuracy, about 1 cm.

  • Centimeter accuracy. Live RTK network corrections, roughly 1 cm, with optional ground-control checkpoints to verify and document it.
  • Survey-grade deliverables. Orthomosaics, topographic contours, and volumetric measurements that drop straight into planning, marketing, or a management file.
  • Booked ahead. RTK needs base or network corrections arranged before the flight, so RTK jobs are scheduled with lead time, not a same-day add-on.
  • Honest scope. This is survey-grade mapping data, not a legally recorded boundary survey. For a recorded survey we partner with a licensed Virginia surveyor.

RTK-corrected orthomosaic · centimeter-level positioning

On a land listing or a working property, the land is the product, and you cannot photograph it from the driveway. We fly the parcel, capture the acreage in context, and, when you need an overhead record, stitch a top-down orthomosaic you can drop into planning, marketing, or a management file.

What we deliver

  • Aerial acreage tours. The full parcel, boundaries, treelines, water, and access, shown the way a buyer or manager actually needs to understand it.
  • Orthomosaic overviews. Stitched, top-down imagery of the whole property from a single flight, for visualization and planning.
  • Land photos and video. Hunt clubs, timber tracts, farms, and family land, documented from the air.
  • Change documentation. Repeatable flights to show a property over time: clearing, grading, growth, or seasonal state.

Our orthomosaics are high-quality photogrammetry overviews for visualization and planning, not stamped survey data. RTK-corrected positioning delivers centimeter-level georeferencing, about 1 cm.* If your project needs certified, survey-grade measurements, we will refer you to a licensed surveying partner.
