Motion, up front

See it move: interior and exterior

A cut interior walkthrough and a drone flyover do what stills cannot: carry a buyer through the space and around the property. This is our most-booked deliverable, hosted right here so it works for your listing and your search ranking.

Video loads only when a visitor presses play, so it never slows the page. Walkthrough video is an add-on to any listing package.

Buyers decide in seconds, and nothing holds them like motion. A cinematic listing film walks them through the front door, down the hall, and back up over the lot before they ever book a showing. We shoot the video, the aerials, and the full-frame interiors in one visit, then hand you a color-matched set you can push straight to the MLS, Instagram, and YouTube.

What you get

  • Cinematic listing video. Our most-booked deliverable. A cut, color-graded tour that opens with an aerial reveal and flows through the interior, delivered ready to post to Instagram, YouTube, and the MLS.
  • Aerial exteriors. The house in its context: lot lines, siting, tree cover, driveway, outbuildings, and the approach. Low-and-slow orbit angles, not a single hovering top-down.
  • Ground exteriors. Front elevation, rear elevation, and detail work, shot on full-frame at the hour that flatters the facade.
  • Interiors. Wide, level, and vertical-corrected, with windows that are not blown out. Shot on a Nikon Z8 with a 14-24mm f/2.8 and a 24-70mm f/2.8, exposure blended so the room and the view both read.
  • Neighborhood and amenity context. The park, the water, the golf course, the school two streets over. This is where drones earn their keep on a listing.

What an aerial does that a ground photo cannot

A ground photo shows the house. An aerial shows the deal.

  • Acreage you cannot see from the curb. On a Goochland or Powhatan listing, the land is the product. From the ground it is a hedge. From 200 feet it is five acres.
  • Siting and privacy. Buyers want to know what is behind the fence and how close the neighbor really is. Show them, and you pre-answer the objection before the showing.
  • Roof and grounds condition. A clean roofline in the hero shot removes a doubt that would otherwise surface at inspection.
  • Waterfront, golf, and greenbelt proximity. If the property backs to something good, the aerial is the only way to prove it.
  • New construction and land. An empty lot is nearly unphotographable from the ground. From the air it is a canvas.

Richmond airspace, handled before we quote you

This is the part most agents never think about until it costs them a week.

Richmond International sits inside the metro, and controlled airspace reaches out across parts of the city and Henrico County. Whether a given address can be legally flown, and at what altitude, depends on which airspace grid the property falls in. Some grids clear instantly through LAANC. Some are capped low. And some sit at zero, which means a manual FAA authorization that takes weeks, not minutes.

Here is how that gets handled: the address gets checked before the quote goes out. If the property clears, you get a flat number and a date. If it sits in a restricted grid, you hear about it immediately, because it changes your listing timeline and you need to know that before you promise the seller a Friday launch.

How it works

1 · Scope

Send the address. We check the airspace, lock the shot list and deliverable, and send a flat quote, usually same day.

2 · Fly & Shoot

On-site capture with the right airframe and the right sensor. Authorization filed, flight logged, safety first.

3 · Deliver

Professional edit, then a private gallery: full resolution plus MLS-sized and social crops, licensed and ready to publish.

FAQ

Questions agents actually ask

Do you need FAA authorization to fly over my listing?

It depends on the address. Richmond International sits inside the metro and its controlled airspace reaches across parts of the city and Henrico. Every address gets checked before the quote goes out, and authorization is filed through LAANC before the aircraft leaves the case. If a property sits in a grid that requires a manual FAA waiver, you will hear it from us up front, because that takes weeks and it changes your timeline.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. FAA Part 107 certified, OSHA 30 certified, and fully insured. Certificate of insurance available to your brokerage or the property owner on request.

Can you shoot the interior too, or is it drone only?

Both, in one visit. Interiors are shot on a full-frame Nikon Z8 with professional glass, and everything comes back color matched as one consistent set.

Which areas around Richmond do you serve?

The greater Richmond area, including Short Pump, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Chester, and Bon Air, plus Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, and Powhatan counties.
